🔐 How to Access the Laundry Room

Upon arrival at the building, please follow these steps:

1. Enter the main building entrance using the keypad
   Code: 6993#

2. Take the RIGHT elevator

3. Go to the 1st floor

4. The laundry room is located on the left side

🕒 Availability & Usage

• The laundry room is available for guest use

• Access is subject to availability and priority

• Please be respectful of other guests and limit usage time when possible

💰 Pricing

• 🆓 Free of charge if you use your own detergent

• 💶 €5 per laundry basket if detergent is provided by us
  (Detergent can be purchased directly from us upon request)

• While we maintain a high level of security, Triple A Apartments cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items

• Guests are advised not to leave personal belongings unattended
