Q: how can I use the parking?
A: First, we will need your car plate number, name and in Which Triple A are you staying please.
The parking is reserved for you and instructions will be sent to you immediately after you are able to send us the car plate number.
Q: what are the instructions after plate number is given?
For guests who are staying in Kolokotroni 62, Chrisospiliotissis, Agiou Markou and Sofokleus:
A1: Free parking is located in Aristofanous 11 - which is 7 minutes walk from our building. Therefore it is recommended to first drop your luggage at the accomodation.

For guests who are staying in Agioin Anargiron 22, Aristofanous 20, Evripidou 36, Kolokotroni 62, Sokratous 2 and Sofokleus 13-15:
A1: Laundry services are available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please coordinate with Despina (+30 694-700-8975) at least one day in advance to schedule. Kindly ensure you bring your own laundry detergent, or you can purchase it from us for 5 Euros. Let us know if you need further assistance!

Q: Can I store my luggage before check in or after check out and where and how do I do it?
For guests arriving to Athens after 10am and need luggage storage before check in.
A1: You can follow the provided check-in instructions to access the floor of your apartment anytime after 10 AM. Upon arrival, you may hand your luggage to the cleaning staff, who will securely store it until your room is ready. Once the room is prepared, the cleaning staff will place your luggage inside, allowing you to explore the city worry-free.

Q: Can We have early check in - we are very tiered after long travel
A: We understand that you’ve had an early flight or a long drive and might want to rest. However, our check-out time is between 10:00 and 11:00 AM, We are fully booked during the entire year. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. During this time, our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans, airs out, and disinfects the room, adhering to strict post-Covid-19 protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests.
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience 🙏🏻. If your room becomes ready earlier, we’ll be sure to notify you right away.
Q: how do I check out - anything I should do before I leave?
A: There’s no need to do anything special before leaving the room. Simply take your belongings with you and kindly send us a quick message letting us know that the room is now empty.

Q: How do I turn on the stove in the kitchen?
A: Please manually turn on the switch in the fuse box located in your room.
For safety reasons, we recommend turning it off again once you’re finished using it. 🔧🍳😊
